Xosia is a software services consultancy with a difference. We believe in morally and environmentally responsible software design. Our core competencies are:

At the core of our organisation are our principles. Internally, we are set up as a co-operative. Our members are experienced software developers who are free to self-organise on projects of their choosing aligned with these principles. This includes undertaking contract work with partner companies or developing free software. As we grow, we will evolve our practices around our principles.
